School Policies

Non-Discrimination Policy
All Saints Catholic School does not discriminate in its educational programs on the basis of a child’s race, color, national origin, gender, or disability that is unrelated to the child’s ability to utilize and benefit from the school’s educational opportunities, programs, and facilities.

It is the school’s practice to make a reasonable accommodation for children with disabilities, taking into consideration the needs of the child with disabilities, the needs of the other students and staff and the school’s ability to accommodate those needs without undue hardship.

If a student or the parent of a student with a disability requests an accommodation and provides appropriate medical documentation that is satisfactory to the school, the school will explore ways to accommodate the student’s need. If the school and the parent of a student with a disability cannot agree on a mutually agreeable accommodation, the school will consult with the Archdiocese of Detroit’s appointed representative who acts as the consultant for special education programs and accommodations. The final decision on any accommodation will be made by the school.
